Audrey Elford
I am an early career researcher having completed my PhD in 2024. I am currently working as a postdoctoral research fellow at Edith Cowan University and as a casual research fellow for Deakin University on a number of projects related to food provision in early childhood education settings, sustainable healthy food systems and measuring tools for environmental sustainability and food provision, including research on food waste. My research includes quantitative and qualitative research, including co-design.
