Estee Driscoll
Estée is a second-year Nutrition Science graduate researcher at Deakin University exploring how food and nutrition education can be embedded throughout the core content of the Australian primary school curriculum. Previous to undertaking her studies at Deakin, Estée pursued a career as a Physical Education and Performing Arts teacher in a primary and secondary school setting. Although she loved teaching, Estée found her passion through research and inspiring change. Estée wishes to further her journey by educating and inspiring others to tackle current and emerging health and environmental issues.
