Susan Mcleod
Susan McLeod is a nutritionist and senior lecturer working at La Trobe University. Prior to academic life Susan spent 7 years working in the food and hospitality industry in product development, food safety compliance, policy and regulation where she was involved in bringing about industry wide changes to food safety regulations. Susan is a course coordinator and teaches food science, employability and diet and disease and has been actively involved in discovering and testing innovative new technologies to improve learning. Susan is currently completing a PhD on Nutrition Employability and hopes to make a positive impact in this space to students, employers and universities across Australia.
